The Kærminde Sweater is a simple sweater with romantic details. The sweater has a nice neckline with a folded picot edge and a small frill. The carrier piece is knitted with classic raglan openings and the neck is knitted higher with double pointed needles. The body is finished with a bent edge and the sleeves with a small hole pattern and a frill like the neckline.

Materials: 225 (250) 275 (300) g Silk Mohair of your choice (25 g=approx. 210 m) and a nice button for the neck
Knitting density: 22 mx 29 needles=10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on needles 4.00 mm
Guide needles: Circular needle 4.00 mm (40 + 80 cm) and 3.5 mm (80 cm) and a crochet hook
Techniques used in this pattern: Picot edge, knit an edge down, sew up a closed edge, increases, increases and turning pins
Yarn alternatives: All kinds of silk mohair can be used as long as the knitting strength is respected. You can also try your hand at a thin thread of wool together with a thread of silk mohair
